Exciting News! - Hopping Dog is a Star Seller
Hopping Dog Cards becomes a Star Seller on Etsy!
As I write this Hopping Dog Cards has just become a star seller on Etsy for the first time since our launch in the last quarter 2021. Personally, I have worked hard with our suppliers to offer a great service to our lovely customers who purchase in our Etsy shop.
Our products are all made in the United Kingdom from the paper to the printing. We create the designs in house from our creative team with ideas and briefs from Joanna, the owner.
We despatch all our products via Royal Mail and can offer tracked postage and first class post.
All our products are in our mini warehouse! So when an order is placed it is really easy to pick and pack and place in the envelopes/boxes for delivery.
We pack all our stationery, where appropriate in Hopping Dog wrapping paper for coasters and mugs and packs of notecards.
How has Hopping Dog Cards achieved this?
We have met the criteria for the star seller by simple achieving the following:
- 5 star reviews from our customers
- Despatching on time and tracking orders where required
- Quickly replying to messages when our customers contacted us
It is not a given that we can keep this hugely coveted badge but, we will make sure we work hard to keep our customers happy!
